Your billing date is set when you activate a plan, and it renews automatically on the same date each month.
Example: If you activate your subscription on the 5th, your future payments will also be on the 5th of each month.
However, the billing date may change in some situations:
- Plan Upgrade: When you upgrade your plan, your new billing date will be the day you upgraded.
- Plan Pause: If you pause your subscription, your billing date will be adjusted when you reactivate, taking into account the time your subscription was paused.
- Declined Payment: If your payment fails, your billing date will change to the day your payment is successfully processed.
