How does the subscription payment work?

Subscription payments are prepaid, meaning you pay before you use the benefit.

Charges are monthly and occur on the date your plan was activated. This date can’t be changed.
Example: if you activated your subscription on the 5th, your future payments will also be on the 5th of each following month.

Which plans require payment?

All plans, except for Digital, require payment for both the account holder and family members.

💡 Subscription prices may vary depending on the chosen plan and the company offering the benefit.

Do family members need to pay for a subscription?

Yes. Each added family member counts as a separate subscription. Depending on the chosen plan, a new payment will be required.

What payment methods are available?

Our payment methods include:

  • Credit card.
  • Debit card.
⚠️ Use a card that's entirely debit. Cards with both credit and debit functions will prioritize the credit function.
  • Apple Pay.
  • Paycheck deduction.
⚠️ Available only for account holders and only if allowed by the company offering your benefit.
Can different payment methods be used for each subscription?

Yes. The account holder can use different payment methods to pay for each subscription.

What happens if the payment is declined?

If you already have an active plan and the payment is declined on the billing date, we’ll automatically retry the payment a few times. If it still isn’t authorized, the plan will be canceled.

To prevent this, make sure the payment is authorized on the billing date. If it’s not, we recommend making the payment now to keep your plan active.

What happens if the plan is scheduled to cancel?

Since payments are made in advance, when you cancel your plan, it remains active and available for use until the last day of the billing period.

To avoid being charged, cancel it before the renewal date.

Does changing or pausing the plan affect the subscription?

Yes. Learn more about how plan changes or pauses can affect payment.
