Subscription payments are prepaid, meaning you pay before you use the benefit.
Charges are monthly and occur on the date your plan was activated. This date can’t be changed.
Example: if you activated your subscription on the 5th, your future payments will also be on the 5th of each following month.

Yes. Each added family member counts as a separate subscription. Depending on the chosen plan, a new payment will be required.

Yes. The account holder can use different payment methods to pay for each subscription.
If you already have an active plan and the payment is declined on the billing date, we’ll automatically retry the payment a few times. If it still isn’t authorized, the plan will be canceled.
To prevent this, make sure the payment is authorized on the billing date. If it’s not, we recommend making the payment now to keep your plan active.
Since payments are made in advance, when you cancel your plan, it remains active and available for use until the last day of the billing period.
To avoid being charged, cancel it before the renewal date.
