To change a subscription payment method, you must be the account holder, which is the person who receives the benefit from a company.
💡 If you signed up as a family member, only the person who added you to Wellhub can change your plan’s payment method.
The currently available payment methods are:
- Credit card.

Debit card.
⚠️ Use a card that's entirely debit. Cards with both credit and debit functions will prioritize the credit function. - Apple Pay.

Paycheck deduction.
⚠️ Available only for account holders and only if allowed by the company offering your benefit.
If you’re the account holder, follow these steps according to your app's home screen to change the payment method for one or more subscriptions:
- Log in to the app and go to Profile.
- Select the gear icon in the screen's upper right corner, and then Account.
- Under Payments, select Payment Method.
- Add a new payment method or tap on an existing one and select the subscriptions to be paid with it.
- Tap Save.
- Log in to your account and click on the arrow next to your name.
- Select Payments and then Payment method.
- Click New payment method and fill in the requested information.
đź’ˇ To change the payment method for dependents, click on the arrow next to their name and select the Dependents option.
Then, click the arrow next to the desired person's name, select Add new payment method, and fill in the requested information.
 Tip
Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds or credit card issuer rejection. If this happens, try changing the payment method.Was this article helpful?
