Your subscription payment may be declined due to insufficient funds or an error with your card issuer.
To prevent payment declines, follow these tips:
- Available credit and balance: Make sure your credit card has enough available credit or your bank account has sufficient funds. If not, the charge won't go through.
- Debit cards: When paying with a debit card, use a debit-only card. Cards with both debit and credit functions will prioritize the credit function.
- Paycheck deduction: If paycheck deduction is no longer available, add another valid payment method to keep your plan active.
- Issues with the card issuer: If you have enough credit or funds and the charge is still not approved, contact your card issuer to identify the problem.
- Virtual cards: Avoid using temporary virtual cards to ensure your recurring plan payments go through smoothly.
If you already have an active plan and your payment isn’t authorized on the billing date, make a payment now to avoid plan cancellation:
Important note
If you use paycheck deduction as your payment method, be aware that it can be disabled. If this happens, add another payment method to prevent your plan from being canceled.
