If you're the account holder, you can use the eligibility email to recover your login email.
đź’ˇ The eligibility email is the one used to create your account, and can be your work email or the one registered with the company offering the benefit.
To recover your login email, follow these steps:
- Open the app and tap Sign In.
- Enter your eligibility email and select Continue.
- Enter your password and tap Log in. The app will show your login email.
- Tap Log in.
- Enter your login email shown on the previous screen and your Wellhub password to access the app.
What to do if you can't remember your password?
- Open the app and tap Sign In.
- Enter your eligibility email and select Continue.
- Tap on Forgot your password?
- Select Send email.
- Check your eligibility email inbox and spam folder. You’ll receive an email informing you of your login email.
- Use the login email to request the password reset link and then access the app.
đź“Ś If you enter the wrong email or password, the app will display an error message. To recover your login email on this screen, select recover your email.
Important note
If your eligibility key is your Social Security Number or employee ID, contact our team to recover the login email.
