You can only delete the account if you don't have an active plan. If you’re the account holder, which is the person who receives the benefit from a company, you can’t have family members added either.
⚠️ Deleting your account removes all your data from Wellhub, and the account can’t be used in the future.
If you don't have any active plans or family members on your account, follow these steps:
- On the app's home screen, go to
Profile and select the
settings gear icon.
- Scroll down to Privacy, select Delete account and confirm the request.
Important note
You'll need to enter your password in order to do it.
