What's check-in and how does it work?

Check-in is the only way to access activities, gyms, studios, or wellness services, and it must be done only through the Wellhub app.

⚠️ Check-in is required for all Wellhub services, except for partner apps.

To join a class or access a partner, check in through the Wellhub app.

Who needs to check in and what's needed?

Everyone who uses Wellhub, whether they’re the account holder or a family member, needs to check in.

To check in, you need:

  • An active Wellhub plan.
  • The Wellhub app installed on your phone.
  • Location services enabled for the Wellhub app.
  • An internet connection.
  • Your Wellhub ID code if requested by the partner.
How many check-ins can each person do?

Except for the Digital plan, all plans allow one check-in per day in the Standard Access category.

Is it possible to check in for someone else?

No, check-in is personal and must be done on your own device.

What if there’s problems checking in?

If you have trouble checking in:

  • Make sure your Wellhub app is up to date.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Make sure the Wellhub app has access to your location.

If the problem persists, contact Wellhub support.

Where to find the check-in history?

You can see your check-in history in the Wellhub app.

What happens if you don't check in before accessing a partner or starting an activity?

If you don't check in, the partner may deny you entry.

Is it necessary to check in for booked classes?

Yes, you need to check in for booked classes. To check in, go to the Check-in tab and tap Check in at the top of the screen.

💡 The Check in button only appears in the app 30 minutes before the class starts.

What happens if you forget to check in or cancel a class late?

If you forget to check in or cancel a class outside the cancellation window, the check-in for that day will be counted.

Is it possible to cancel a check-in?

The ability to cancel a check-in depends on the type of activity:

  • In-person: You can cancel before the partner confirms your presence. The partner has up to 20 minutes to validate the check-in.
  • Online: The check-in is validated automatically and can’t be canceled.
How many activities can you do with one check-in?

The number of activities available with one check-in depends on the partner. Some partners may offer options such as:

  • Gym: allows access only to the gym area.
  • Classes: allows participation in a single class.
  • Gym + Classes: allows access to both the gym area and the classes offered by the partner.
How long does a check-in last?

The check-in is valid during the location’s opening hours on the day it was made.

Once you leave, the check-in is considered used and you can't return on the same day, even if it's still within the opening hours.
