Having trouble finding gyms near you? Or you're at the gym, studio, or wellness center and can't check in? This could mean the Wellhub app is having difficulty finding your precise location.
To fix this, follow these steps according to your phone's operating system:
Turn on Location Services
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Location Services.
- Make sure Location Services is turned On.
Allow Wellhub to Access your Location
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down and find the Wellhub (Gympass) app.
- Tap Location and choose While Using the App or Always.
Turn on Location
- Go to Settings.
- Open the location settings.
- Make sure the main location switch or toggle is turned On.
Allow Wellhub to Access your Location
- Go to Settings.
- Open the list with all your apps.
- Find the Wellhub (Gympass) app.
- Tap Permissions.
- Tap Location and choose Allow only while using the app or Allow all the time.
If you've already made sure location services are on and that the Wellhub app has permission to use them, try these steps:
- Check for app updates: Make sure you have the latest version of the Wellhub app.
- Restart location services: Turn your phone's location services off and then back on.
- Restart the app: Close the Wellhub app completely and then reopen it.
- Reinstall the app: If nothing else works, delete the app and reinstall it.
