When adding family members, the account holder needs to share a link for family members to complete their sign-up.
If the link expires or shows an error, the account holder, which is the person who receives the benefit from a company, can resend it by following these steps:
- Log in to the Wellhub app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Account and then Family Members.
- Next to “Family member (1)”, tap the three dots and choose Resend signup link.
- Tap Share or copy the link to send it to your family member.
💡 If the Resend signup link doesn't appear, it means that the account has been created and your family member can log in.
📌 If the family member sees an error message when using the link, ask them to try using an email that has not yet been used within Wellhub.
Important note
To avoid multiple charges, resend the sign-up link instead of adding a new subscription.
