When adding family members, the account holder needs to share the sign-up link with them.
If the link is unavailable because it’s expired or has already been used, the account holder should follow these steps:
- Log in, go to your Profile, then select the Settings gear.
- Select Account and then Family Members.
- Tap the 3 dots that appear next to “Family member (1)” and then on Resend signup link to resend the link or tap Cancel subscription.
💡 If the Resend signup link doesn't appear, it means that the account has already been created and your family member can log in.
📌 If the family member sees an error message when using the link, ask them to enter an email that has not yet been used within Wellhub.
Important note
To avoid multiple charges, resend the sign-up link instead of adding a new subscription.
