If the company that offers Wellhub allows it, the account holder, the person who receives the benefit, can add up to 3 family members. Eligible family members include parents, children, partners, or spouses.
Important:
- Charges for the family members’ plans begin as soon as the family member is added, even if their signup isn't complete. We recommend following up with your family members to ensure they finish creating their account.
- Each added family member will have a separate charge based on the chosen plan.
- Payments can be made with Apple Pay, a credit or debit card, and each membership can have its own payment method.
To add a family member:
- Login to the Wellhub app, go to
Profile and select the
settings gear icon.
- Select
Account, and then
Family Members.
- Choose a plan, or select Add new subscription if you've already added a family member, and then Continue.
- If needed, add a new payment method or continue with the one already registered and select Subscribe.
Remember, the charge for your family member's plan starts now. - Select Send link and share it with the family member so they can complete their sign-up.

⚠️ If you've tried to add a family member and they appear in your Family Members list without a subscription, there may have been a problem. To fix this, go to Family Members in the app, select the family member and add a subscription or remove the member from the list.
Important note
People who keep using Wellhub after leaving the company that offers the benefit can’t add new family members.
