If you receive Wellhub through a company and it offers the option to add family members, you can add up to 3 family members to your benefit.
To find out if the company allows adding family members to Wellhub, the account holder (the person who receives the benefit) should follow these steps:
- Open the Wellhub app.
- Tap on Profile and then on the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Account and look for Family Members.
- Log in to the app, go to the plans page, and select the list menu.
- Select the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Account and look for Family Members.
⚠️ If an error appears when you tap on Family Members, the company offering your benefit doesn’t offer the option to add family members or you aren’t eligible to use Wellhub.
Family members can be parents, children, partners, or spouses of the person who receives the benefit.
It’s possible to add family members of any age to Wellhub.
However, some partners may have age restrictions. To ensure that everyone can enjoy the benefits, we recommend checking which partners accept people of your family member's age.
Important note
To use Wellhub features, like checking in and booking classes, each family member, including children, needs their own account on a separate device.
Only the account holder can manage subscription issues, like changing, stopping, or canceling the plan and payment information. Learn more in this article.
💡 Family members have their own subscriptions. Pausing or canceling the account holder’s plan won't affect theirs.
The cost to add family members varies depending on the chosen plan.
The price of a family member's subscription may differ from the account holder's price. Discounts applied to the primary account may not extend to family members. Family members typically pay the regular subscription price.

Yes, the account holder can register a different payment method for each family member.
When the account holder adds a family member to the benefit, they can choose to use a different payment method for each person. This way, each person will be charged on their own card.
In some cases, if the account holder leaves the company that offered Wellhub, family members already added will keep using the benefit.
