The account holder, the person who receives the benefit, is responsible for managing plans and subscriptions for their family members.
Family members can manage their own account information, like changing their name, email, password, or deleting their Wellhub account.
Tip
Family members can also use the Wellhub app to check in and book classes.
Managing Plans and Subscriptions
Only the account holder can:
- Add family members.
- Change a family member's plan.
- Change a family member's payment method.
- Pause a family member's plan.
- Resume a family member's plan.
- Cancel a family member's plan.
Account Information
Family members can:
- Complete the sign-up link.
- Change their profile name.
- Reset their password.
- Change their email.
- Delete their Wellhub account.
Important note
Family members have their own subscriptions. Pausing or canceling the account holder’s plan won't affect theirs.
