To change a plan, you must be the account holder, the person who receives the benefit from a company.
đź’ˇ If you signed up as a family member, only the person who added you to Wellhub can change your plan.
If you’re the account holder, follow these steps according to your app's home screen to change a plan:
- Log into the app and go to Profile.
- Select the gear icon in the upper right corner, and select Account.
- In Subscription, select Manage Subscription.
For family members, select Family members, tap the 3 dots icon, and then Manage Subscription. - Tap on View Plans.
- Check the available plan options and select Get Plan.
đź’ˇ Each subscription is separate. Changing your plan won't affect your family members' plans. To change a family member's plan, you'll need to repeat the process for each subscription.
Important note
When you upgrade, the change to a new plan and a proportional charge for the remaining days of your current billing cycle will happen immediately.
đź’ˇ You might see two charges in the month you upgrade. In the following months, the subscription will renew on the same date.
Â
When you downgrade, the change to a new plan and the reduced billing amount will take effect on the next billing date.
đź’ˇ For the new plan's pricing to take effect in the next billing cycle, make sure to downgrade at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
- Log into the app and click on the arrow next to your name in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Plan Management to see your current plan and available options.
If changing a Family Member plan, select Dependents to pick the Family Member you wish to update. - Select the Change button and confirm it.
đź’ˇ Downgrading your plan through the app is only possible once every 6 months.
Important note
For upgrades, the change of plan and the charge proportional to the days of use will be immediate, so there may be two charges in the month of the change.
If you downgrade your plan, it’ll take effect only on your next billing period.
đź“Ś If you're in the free trial and want to change plans before the first charge, you must do so before the end of the trial.
