To resume a plan while it’s paused, you must be the account holder, the person who receives the benefit from a company.
💡 If you signed up as a family member, only the person who added you to Wellhub can resume your plan.
If you’re the account holder, follow these steps according to your app's home screen to resume a plan:
- Log into into the app and go to Profile.
- Select the gear icon in the upper right corner, and then Account.
- In Subscription, select Manage subscription.
For family members, select Family members, tap the3 dots icon, and then Manage Subscription. - Tap Resume subscription.
- Select Resume subscription and then Ok.
📌 When you resume your plan, the billing date changes according to the number of days paused.
Example: If the billing date is the 1st of every month and the plan is paused for 15 days on the 10th, the plan will resume on the 25th, and the new billing date will be the 15th of each month.
💡 Each subscription is separate. Resuming your subscription won't affect your family members' plans. To resume a family member's plan, you'll need to repeat the process for each subscription.
A plan must be paused for a minimum of 15 days before it is reactivated through the app or website. Our team can assist you reactivate your paused plan here.
If it's been more than 15 days since you last paused your plan, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to the Wellhub app or website.
- On the homepage, you will see the option Reactivate your plan — you can also visit your Manage plan settings to view this option.
- Select Reactivate plan now, and confirm.
