How to resume a paused plan?

A paused Wellhub plan will automatically resume on the date chosen at the time of the pause, but it can also be resumed sooner.

馃挕 If you use Wellhub as a family member, only the person who added you can resume your plan.

If you鈥檙e the account holder, follow these steps to resume a plan before the automatic resumption date:

  1. Log into into the app and go to User.png Profile.
  2. Select the Settings.png gear icon in the upper right corner, and then User.png Account.
  3. In Subscription, select Edit.png Manage subscription.
    For family members, select Family member.png Family members, tap the3 dots icon, and then Manage Subscription.
  4. Tap Resume subscription.
  5. Select Resume subscription聽and then Ok.
    Resumption is immediate. Once complete, the Wellhub benefits can be used.

馃搶 The membership's billing date will be changed proportionally to the days paused.
Example: If billing normally occurs on the 10th of each month, and the plan is paused for 15 days, the new payment date becomes the 25th. The system adds the paused days to the original date.

Tip

Resuming the account holder's plan doesn鈥檛 automatically resume family members' plans. Each subscription is managed separately. To resume a family member's plan, the account holder must repeat the process for each subscription.
