An active Wellhub plan can only be paused once every six months, for a period between 15 and 30 days.
馃挕 If you use Wellhub as a family member, only the person who added you can pause your plan.
Important note
To avoid a charge, pause the plan at least one day before the renewal date.
If you鈥檙e the account holder, follow these steps to pause a plan:
- Log into your account in the app and go to
聽Profile.
- Tap the settings icon
in the top right corner.
- Tap
聽Account.
- Under Subscription, or Family Members, select
聽Manage subscription.
- Tap on
Pause subscription.
- Choose a reason for pausing and add any extra details.
- Tap Submit and continue.
- Tap Continue and choose the return date.
馃挕 The plan will be reactivated automatically on this date, but you can also resume the subscription early. - Tap Pause subscription, then tap Ok. The pause will start on the following day.
Keep in mind that the billing date will change based on the duration of the pause.
聽 Tip
Pausing the account holder's plan doesn鈥檛 automatically resume family members' plans. Each subscription is managed separately. To pause a family member's plan, the account holder must repeat the process for each subscription.
