To pause a plan, it must be active, and you must be the account holder, the person who receives the benefit from a company. Plans can be paused once every six months and must be at least 15 days and at most 30 days paused.
💡 If you signed up as a family member, only the person who added you to Wellhub can pause your plan.
If you’re the account holder, follow these steps according to your app’s home screen to pause a plan:
- Log into your account in the app and go to Profile.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner, then tap Account.
- Under Subscription, or Family Members, select Manage subscription.
- Tap on Pause subscription.
- Select the reason for pausing and add any extra details.
- Tap Submit and continue.
- Tap Continue choose when you'd like to resume your subscription.
- Select Pause subscription, then tap Ok. Your subscription will be paused within 24 hours.
💡 Each subscription is separate. Pausing your plan won't affect your family members' plans. To pause a family member's plan, you'll need to repeat the process for each subscription.
If it is your first time requesting a pause, follow the step-by-step:
- Log into your Gympass account and click on Plan management.
- At the bottom of the page, click Pause plan and Select return date.
- Choose the start and end date for the pause.
- Click Pause. The pause will be effective within 48 hours.
If you've paused your plan before and want to do it again or need to pause a family member’s plan, send a request to our team.
💡 The plan will be reactivated automatically on the scheduled return date but you can also reactivate the plan early.
