How to pause your plan or a family member’s?

To pause a plan, it must be active, and you must be the account holder, the person who receives the benefit from a company. Plans can be paused once every six months and must be at least 15 days and at most 30 days paused.

💡 If you signed up as a family member, only the person who added you to Wellhub can pause your plan.

If you’re the account holder, follow these steps according to your app’s home screen to pause a plan:

  1. Log into your account in the app and go to User.png Profile.
  2. Tap the settings icon Settings.png in the top right corner, then tap User.png Account.
  3. Under Subscription, or Family Members, select Edit.png Manage subscription.
  4. Tap on  Pause.png Pause subscription.
  5. Select the reason for pausing and add any extra details.
  6. Tap Submit and continue.
  7. Tap Continue choose when you'd like to resume your subscription.
  8. Select Pause subscription, then tap Ok. Your subscription will be paused within 24 hours.

💡 Each subscription is separate. Pausing your plan won't affect your family members' plans. To pause a family member's plan, you'll need to repeat the process for each subscription.

If it is your first time requesting a pause, follow the step-by-step:

  1. Log into your Gympass account and click on Plan management.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click Pause plan and Select return date.
  3. Choose the start and end date for the pause.
  4. Click Pause. The pause will be effective within 48 hours.

If you've paused your plan before and want to do it again or need to pause a family member’s plan, send a request to our team.

💡 The plan will be reactivated automatically on the scheduled return date but you can also reactivate the plan early.
