Who can leave a review?

To ensure reviews come from genuine experiences, you need to:

  • Have an active Wellhub subscription.
  • Have used the specific partner's service within the last 7 days.
  • Submit only one review per check-in or usage.
What makes a review helpful?
  • Focus on your experience: Share details about the specific class, facility, trainer, or service you used.
  • Be constructive: Offer specific examples of what worked well or what could be improved. Respectful suggestions are welcome.
  • Be accurate: Share truthful information based on your experience.
  • Be respectful: Use polite language. Avoid personal attacks or offensive comments.
What should be avoided in reviews?

To keep reviews relevant and respectful, avoid including:

  • Off-topic content: Discussions unrelated to the partner experience (e.g., personal issues, politics).
  • Offensive language: Profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks.
  • Promotions: Advertising other businesses or services.
  • Personal information: Your own or others' private details (full names, phone numbers, addresses, etc.).
  • Spam or misleading info: Repetitive content or false statements.
How are reviews moderated?

To maintain a trustworthy space, all reviews go through moderation before publishing. This involves:

  • Automated checks to flag potentially problematic content.
  • Human review of flagged content to ensure guidelines are met.
How is review information used?

We may share parts of your review with the partner as outlined in the Wellhub Privacy Policy.

What happens if guidelines are violated?
