How to sign up for Wellhub?

You can only sign up for Wellhub if a company offers you the benefit and sends us your information. Check if the company offers Wellhub.

 Tip

If you're switching to a new company that also offers Wellhub, you don't need to sign up again. Just change your provider in the app.

To create your account, follow these steps:

  1. Download the Wellhub app and click on Sign up for free.
  2. Select your country and company. If you see more than one with the same name, check with the HR team to make sure you choose the right one.
  3. Enter the information your company uses to verify you're eligible. This could be your work email, employee ID, or Social Security Number, or even a combination of these.
    💡 If you entered an email to verify your eligibility, you’ll get a verification code in that address. Enter the code in the app to continue.
  4. Your login email will be set based on how you verified:
             a) If you verified with your work email, it will automatically be set as your login email.
             b) If you verified with other info (like an employee ID), you'll be asked to enter an email. This will be your login email.
  5. Create your password, and your sign-up is complete.

Important note

To make sure you can always access your Wellhub account, especially if you change companies, we strongly recommend using a personal email address as your login email.
