If you've forgotten your Wellhub password, you can reset it using either your registered email or, if you've previously added and verified one, your mobile number. For either method, you'll need access to your email or phone to receive the reset instructions.
đź’ˇYour login email can only be changed by logging into the app. If you no longer have access to your login email and can't reset your password using your mobile number, you may have trouble accessing your Wellhub account.
- Open the Wellhub app and tap on Sign In.Â
- Enter your registered email and tap Continue.
- Tap Forgot your password?
- Select the option to Reset with email.
- Confirm your email is correct and tap Send email.
- Check your email inbox and spam folder. You'll receive an email with a link.
- Tap the Reset password button in the email.
- Create your new password, following the on-screen requirements, and then tap Update password.
Important note
The reset link sent via email is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, please repeat these steps.
To use this option, you must have already added and verified your mobile number in your Wellhub account.
- Open the Wellhub app and tap on Sign In.Â
- Enter your registered email and tap Continue.
- Tap Forgot your password?
- Select the option to Reset with mobile number.
- Enter your registered mobile number (including country and area code) and tap Reset password.
- We'll send a verification code via SMS to your phone. Enter this code in the app.
⚠️ If you didn’t get the code, it can be because you included the wrong phone number, you’re out of signal or the number is blocked by the phone carrier. For more details, check this content. - Create your new password, following the on-screen requirements, and confirm it.
- Tap Update password.
Important note
The verification code sent via SMS is valid for 5 minutes. If it expires, you may need to request a new code by repeating steps 4-6.
