An eligible family member is the primary account holder's parent, child, or spouse/partner.
Eligible family relationships include:

❌Who is not eligible?
Other relatives, such as siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, or friends, are not eligible to be added as family members under our current policy.
What happens if an ineligible family member is added?
To ensure fairness for all members and partner companies, accounts are regularly reviewed. If a family member doesn’t meet the eligibility rules, that family member's account will be blocked.
This action is taken to uphold our Terms and Conditions and ensure the corporate benefit is used as intended.
How to manage a family member's subscription?
If a change is needed, the primary account holder can manage their family members' subscriptions.
