How to activate a Wellhub plan?

You can activate a Wellhub plan if a company offers you this benefit and you've already created an account in our app. If you're unsure if your company offers Wellhub, you can check it on our website or even with your HR department.

💡 If you want to subscribe to a plan as a family member, you need to be added by someone who has the benefit. If you already have an active plan and want to change it, check out this article.

If you have an account, follow these steps to activate your plan:

  1. Log in to the Wellhub app.
  2. Choose a plan and tap on Get plan.
    If your company provides Wellhub Credits, you'll find your available balance and how many credits will be automatically applied to the plan's cost.
  3. If needed, enter your payment information. You can pay with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay or, in some cases, through paycheck.
  4. Tap on Subscribe. Your subscription will be automatically renewed every month on the activation date.
